John Stanley - K4ERO. John has lived in many countries & has held call signs - TI2ERO,HC1JX,VK8,VU2IE,HP,CE3 & S79J. He has a BSEE degree from MIT. He taught Electronics and Radio/TV at Nave Technical Institute in Shajahanpur, India, and at ESPOL polytech in Guayaquil, Ecuador, and worked at HCJB in Quito Ecuador, Radio HOXO in Panama, HIPAS ionospheric Observatory in Fairbanks, AK, and many other radio stations in various countries. He is a technical adviser for ARRL and writes for QST, QEX and the ARRL Handbook.
