Richard Stubbs has all kinds of stories to tell as the customer service manager for MFJ Enterprises for a number of years. He has seem the beginning of many of the new products in the product development stages and he has been on the ground floor of MFJ Enterprises. Richard has travelled all over the country and has attended a large number of hamfests. He talks to MFJ customers everyday doing tech support and helping new hams figure out all their new toys.
